Baked Fish Polynesian Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Artificial Liquid Sweetener- 1 | ||
| Teaspoon(or less) | ||
| Bay leaf | 1 , crumbled | |
| Onion | 2 Ounce, sliced | |
| Any Preferred Fish- 8 ounces | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Lemon Slices- 2 thin | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
MAKING
2) In a small baking pan, mix together water, vinegar, sweetener and bay leaf.
3) Put the onions and place fish fillets over the onions.
4) Season with salt and pepper.
5) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
SERVING
6) Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
