 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Artificial Liquid Sweetener- 1
 Teaspoon(or less)
 Bay leaf1 , crumbled
 Onion2 Ounce, sliced
 Any Preferred Fish- 8 ounces
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 To taste
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Lemon Slices- 2 thin

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a small baking pan, mix together water, vinegar, sweetener and bay leaf.
3) Put the onions and place fish fillets over the onions.
4) Season with salt and pepper.
5) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

SERVING
6) Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
