Baked Fish Mozzarella Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Large, peeled | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Pat fillets dry and arrange in single layer in buttered 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine cheese and garlic; -spread over fish.
Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 12 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
With slotted spoon, transfer fish to serving platter.
