2 lbs (910 g) filet of sole
 
1/2 cup (120 ml)White Pepper Chablis Cooking Wine
 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
2 tsp (5 ml) parsley
 
1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
 
2 bay leaves, crushed

Directions

Wash fish, pat dry and place in 2-quart greased casserole.
Pour remaining ingredients over fish.
Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
