Easy Baked Fish Fillet Recipe

| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons enriched flour | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut fillets in serving pieces.
Place in greased shallow baking dish; sprinkle with paprika, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
Make white sauce of butter, flour, seasonings, and milk; pour over fillets.
Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 35 minutes.
