Baked Fish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| One 1/2-pound piece frozen white fish, cut in 2 pieces | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 , thinly sliced | |
| Pinch of dried dill | ||
| Breadcrumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place frozen fish in a baking dish.
Sprinkle over lemon juice, ground pepper, parsley, onion slices and dill.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and increase heat.
Mix breadcrumbs and oil together and spread lightly over the casserole.
Brown in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
