Ingredients

 One 1/2-pound piece frozen white fish, cut in 2 pieces
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
  black pepper1
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Onion1/2 , thinly sliced
 Pinch of dried dill
 Breadcrumbs2 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place frozen fish in a baking dish.
Sprinkle over lemon juice, ground pepper, parsley, onion slices and dill.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and increase heat.
Mix breadcrumbs and oil together and spread lightly over the casserole.
Brown in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
