Baked Fish Armenian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons special oil | ||
| 2 cups thinly diced onions | ||
| Sea bass slice | 6 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Lemons | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet with ovenproof handle; saute the onions 10 minutes.
Arrange the fish over them and season with the salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar.
Add the water and cover fish with the tomatoes and lemon slices.
Sprinkle with the remaining oil.
Cover and bake in a 375° oven 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley.
