 Rind of 1 orange, grated
 Juice of 1 orange, squeezed
 Basil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Wipe fish with damp cloth.
Put butter on bottom of clay baker.
Add fish.
Sprinkle with orange juice.
Season.
Sprinkle orange rind.
Close and bake.
