Baked Fish A I'Orange Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds fish fillets, preferably white fleshed | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Rind of 1 orange, grated | ||
| Juice of 1 orange, squeezed | ||
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Wipe fish with damp cloth.
Put butter on bottom of clay baker.
Add fish.
Sprinkle with orange juice.
Season.
Sprinkle orange rind.
Close and bake.
