Baked Eggs Navarre Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 8 Small | |
| Ripe tomatoes | 4 | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chorizo | 8 | |
| Gruyere cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2.Heat butter and cook tomatoes in it to form a puree.
3.Add salt, pepper and parsley to the puree.
4.Take four baking dishes and pour the puree equally in each.
5.In each dish break two eggs and arrange a chorizo slice besides each yolk.
6.Add a sprinkling of cheese and bake for 15- 20 minutes until the whites are set but the yolk is soft.

7.Serve warm.
