Baked Duet Cheese & Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1//4 teaspoon red-pepper sauce
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
3 cups spinach or regular medium egg noodles, cooked
2 1/2 cups cooked cut-up chicken
Directions
1. In large bowl mix cottage cheese, sour cream, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and red-pepper sauce. Stir in olives, noodles and chicken.
2. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
3. One hour before serving, place in moderate oven (350°); bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 minutes more.
