Baked Deviled Crab Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 pound lump crabmeat, picked over, or imitation crabmeat | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons coarse-grained mustard | ||
| 2 scallions, trimmed and sliced | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon each pepper and hot red pepper sauce | ||
| Dry sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 6 teaspoons olive or canola oil | ||
| 2 tablespoons fine dry unseasoned bread crumbs | ||
| Paprika | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
MAKING
2. Take a small pan and boil water. Hard boil the eggs.
3. Remove the eggs from the pan. Let it cool and peel.
4. In a large bowl, toss the crabmeat and lemon juice to mix properly.
5. Take another bowl and mix the egg along with Worcestershire sauce, the mayonnaise, scallions, mustard, pepper, sherry and hot red pepper sauce.
SERVING
6. Serve in a serving dish.
