Baked Curried Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish | 500 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tomatoes | 450 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Ginger a small piece | ||
| Red chillies | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm) (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Mustard oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Clean, wash and cut fish into pieces. Salt and set aside.
2. Grind together ginger, red chillies and garlic.
3. Chop onions.
4. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add spices and fry.
5. Add water and boil for 1 minute. Add salt.
6. Keep fish in a pyrex dish, cover with diced tomatoes.
7. Pour hot sauce over and bake till cooked.
