 Fish500 Gram (For 4)
 Tomatoes450 Gram (For 4)
 Onions115 Gram (For 4)
 Ginger a small piece
 Red chillies5 Gram (For 4)
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm) (For 4)
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Mustard oil30 Milliliter (For 4)

Directions

1. Clean, wash and cut fish into pieces. Salt and set aside.
2. Grind together ginger, red chillies and garlic.
3. Chop onions.
4. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add spices and fry.
5. Add water and boil for 1 minute. Add salt.
6. Keep fish in a pyrex dish, cover with diced tomatoes.
7. Pour hot sauce over and bake till cooked.
