Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash and pat dry fish.
MAKING
2) Add a dash of lemon juice to the fish, garnish with tomatoes and lemon wedges.
3) Sprinkle mushrooms on top.
4) Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5) Add marjoram, bay leaf, and thyme.
6) Add onion rings and cook covered on highest setting for 14 minutes.
SERVING
7) Let fish stand covered for 5 minutes and then serve hot.
