Baked Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Minced | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients tossing lightly to mix.
2. Into 8 scrubbed clam shells or small foil muffin-pan cups spoon the mixture and place shells or cups on a cookie sheet for easy handling.
3. Chill if made ahead.
SERVING
4. To serve bake in moderate oven (375°) 15 minutes such that and arrange on platter with souffleed seafood ramekins.
