Baked Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 2 cup minced clams | ||
| Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Combine first six ingredients.
Simmer until liquid is reduced by one-half.
Add minced clams.
Brown bread crumbs in butter.
Divide clam mixture among buttered individual serving shells and top with crumbs.
Brown under broiler.
