Baked Chops With Herb Gravy Recipe

| 6 center-cut pork chops | ||
| 1 Ige. onion, chopped | ||
| Melted margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Brown chops quickly in hot skillet; place in 2-quart casserole.
Saute onion in margarine and pan drippings until brown; stir in flour, blending well.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Pour over chops.
Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until tender, stirring twice.
