Ingredients
| 2 (2 lb. each) broiler-fryer chickens, quartered | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 8-oz. can mushrooms, drained reserving liquid | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a shallow baking dish, add the chicken and sprinkle salt and pepepr over it; season with celery seed and marjoram
2. Add the liquid from the mushrooms on top and bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 350°F for half an hour
3. Add mushrooms to it and bake for another half an hour or more till chicken turns tender
4. Drain the liquid away; skin the fat from the liquid using a bumb baster

5. Serve as appropriate
