|Whole chicken breasts||4 , halved and boned|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce, drained, rinsed and pressed dry (1 Can)|
|Swiss cheese slice||4 (4 X 6 Inch)|
|Thousand island dressing||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Bottled)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour dressing evenly over cheese, cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
