Ingredients

 
2 chicken breast, sliced lengthwise
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1 c breadcrumbs
 
2 tbsp Olive oil
 
3-4 tbsp Spaghetti sauce
 
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

Coat the chicken slices in egg mixture.
Then coat them in breadcrumbs.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken.
Brown them from both sides.
Spread some spaghetti sauce in a baking dish.
Coat the chicken with spaghetti sauce, spread some cheese over it.
Bake the chicken in a preheated oen at 375 F for 15 minutes.
Serve it with pasta and vegetables.
