Baked Chicken Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 raw potato, chopped | ||
| Pimientos | 2 , diced | |
| Carrots | 2 , shredded | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 1/2 cups chicken gravy | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake in preheated moderate oven (350° F.) for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for about 15 minutes longer.
Serve with additional gravy.
