Ingredients

 Chicken breasts4 (Young Variety)
 Thick sour cream3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon
 Thin broiled ham slices4
 Sliced broiled mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Tablespoon (Extra Required For Baking Pan)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

1. Start oven, set at 425° F., or Hot. Grease a baking pan.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; dip them in the cream and sprinkle lightly with flour.
3. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine in a frying pan and saute the breasts until light golden brown.
4. Remove from the pan and arrange the chicken in the baking pan; dot with the remaining butter or margarine. Bake 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with the drippings in the pan.
