Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Fryer chicken | 4 Pound | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cracker Meal - 1/2 cup | ||
| Kosher salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| Chicken Fat - 1/3 cup | ||
| Onions | 2 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, get the chicken disjointed
MAKING
2) In a bowl combine the breadcrumbs, cracker meal, salt and pepper together
3) Coat the chicken pieces in egg and then into the breadcrumb
4) In a skillet, pour in the fat
5) Fry the chicken pieces till brown
6) Using a slotted spoon, remove the pieces
7) Saute the inions in the remaining fat
8) Inna baking dish, arrange the chicken and the onion around it
9) Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 F
SERVING
10) Serve the chicken warm with some bread
