Ingredients
| Unsalted butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm) | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint | |
| Fresh herbs, such as tarragon, basil, chervil, chives, parsley, or a combination - 1/3 cup, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°.
2) Use a baking dish to line with foil. Place butter, oil, and garlic in the dish.
MAKING
3) Place the dish inside the oven to melt the butter. Bring out the dish and spread the butter mixture all over the bottom of the dish.
4) Add tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs.
5) Shake the pan, to coat the tomatoes evenly with butter, oil and herbs.
6) Place back to oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, by shaking the pan every couple of minutes, until the tomatoes are heated through and just beginning to soften. Do not overcook the tomatoes as the skins might get split.
SERVING
7) Serve the preparation hot by sprinkling salt and pepper, as per your taste.
