Ingredients

 1 8-oz. package soft cream cheese
 Eggs2
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla2 Teaspoon, divided
 1 Crumb Crust in a 9-inch pie pan, baked and cooled
 1 cup thick sour cream
 Sugar2 Teaspoon

Directions

Mash cheese with a fork.
Add eggs.
Blend in electric mixer until smooth.
Very slowly add honey and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
Blend until honey is completely incorporated.
Pour into cooled shell and bake at 300° about 15 minutes.
Blend sour cream, sugar, and the remaining vanilla until smooth.
Pour over top of cheese cake.
Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes at 300°.
Remove from oven to cool.
