Baked Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8-oz. package soft cream cheese | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon, divided | |
| 1 Crumb Crust in a 9-inch pie pan, baked and cooled | ||
| 1 cup thick sour cream | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mash cheese with a fork.
Add eggs.
Blend in electric mixer until smooth.
Very slowly add honey and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
Blend until honey is completely incorporated.
Pour into cooled shell and bake at 300° about 15 minutes.
Blend sour cream, sugar, and the remaining vanilla until smooth.
Pour over top of cheese cake.
Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes at 300°.
