Baked Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 , separated | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Processed | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups small bread cubes | ||
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Beat egg yolks until thick.
Blend in soup, cheese, and mustard; stir in bread cubes.
Fold in egg whites.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour
