Baked Carrots Recipe

These Baked Carrots are my favorite breakfast course. The onions and seasonings make this dish so very special. You might not like carrots, but these baked carrots are so compelling that you're sure to have them three or four times a week.

Ingredients

 
2 lbs. carrots, shredded
 
2 bunches green onions, some tops
 
2 Tbsp. Sugar
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1 tsp. celery salt
 
1/4 cup margarine

Directions

Combine shredded carrots, sliced onions and seasonings.
Spoon into 8-cup baking dish.
Dot with margarine.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.
