Ingredients
| 1 medium head cabbage, shredded, about 8 cups | ||
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caraway seed | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded | |
Directions
Place cabbage in 2-quart casserole.
In small mixing bowl, blend soup, milk, caraway, salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 12 to 16 minutes, or until cabbage is tender-crisp, stirring once.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese melts.
