 Buttermilk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Paprika2 Teaspoon
 Dried tarragon1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 2 pounds, 13 ounces chicken parts, skin removed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In 13-by-9-inch glass baking dish, combine all ingredients except chicken until blended. Add chicken and turn each piece several times to coat. Bake, turning chicken twice, until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
