Baked Buffalo Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves | ||
| Hot Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon stick margarine, melted | ||
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup fat-free blue cheese dressing | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Place chicken in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine hot sauce and next 4 ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
