Ingredients
1 1/3 cups milk
4 eggs, separated
1 1/3 cups soft white bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups well drained, chopped broccoli
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cups grated sharp cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Directions
Warm milk in glass measure in Radarange oven 2 minutes.
Mix together crumbs, salt, and butter with milk.
Beat egg yolks.
Stir milk mixture into egg yolks.
Turn into 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Cook in oven 45 seconds; stir every 15 seconds.
Add broccoli and cheese; mix well.
Let cool slightly.
Beat egg whites stiff, fold in.
Cook uncovered in oven 9 minutes, turning dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
