Baked Bluefish With Potatoes Recipe

|Potatoes||4 , peeled and thinly sliced|
|Bluefish fillets||2 Pound|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|

Combine the olive oil, garlic, and herbs in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add the potatoes and stir to coat them with the oil, pressing them into an even layer.
Salt and pepper them to your taste.
Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes on the top shelf, or until they are cooked halfway through.
Remove the dish from the oven and place the bluefish fillets over the potatoes, skin side down.
Brush some of the oil-garlic mixture over the fish.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes, or until both fish and potatoes are cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon.
