Baked Beef Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Canned tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Whole kernel corn | 8 Ounce, canned | |
| 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives, sliced | ||
| 1 cup cooked macaroni | ||
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a skillet, heat oil.
Lightly cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
Remove from skillet.
Drain.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Fold in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Top with Mozzarella.
Cook in oven until cheese has melted.
