Ingredients

 Onions - 1-1/2 cups, thinly sliced
 Green peppers - 1-1/2 cups, thinly sliced
 Vegetarian baked beans - 2, 1-pound cans
 Tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Special oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.In a skillet, heat oil and cook onions and green peppers in it for 10 minutes.
3.Take a casserole dish, place alternate layers of beans with tomatoes and cooked vagetables.
4.Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
5.Put a layer of tomatoes on the top.
6.Bake the dish for 30 minutes.

SERVING
7.Serve warm.
