Baked Bean and Peanut Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup Boston-style baked beans, drained | ||
| 1/3 cup each of chopped peanuts and diced celery | ||
| Instant minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Hot buttered slice | 8 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Gently mash the baked beans and combine with rest of the ingredients, except the toast.
2) Spread evenly over the toast slices.
SERVING
3) Serve in a nice plate.
