| 1 cup (240 1) precooked Bits-O-Barley | ||
| Soy milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed | |
| Prepared mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp (3 ml) chile powder sea salt, to taste, optional | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix all ingredients together.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
