Honey Lemon Baked Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 medium-size bananas | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.and butter a shallow baking dish.
Peel bananas and cut in half horizontally.
Arrange in the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with mixture of butter, honey, lemon juice, and peel.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
