Baked Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise | ||
| 1/3 cup white corn syrup | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cointreau | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Put bananas into buttered shallow baking dish.
Mix corn syrup with fruit juices.
Pour over bananas.
Bake in moderate (3500) oven 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Cointreau just before serving.
