Baked Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange peel | 1 /2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Dash of ground cloves | ||
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of nutmeg | ||
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bananas | 4 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a small baking dish, pour orange juice.
2) Add orange peel, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Combine all together.
3) Stir in butter and brandy.
MAKING
4) Place inside the oven for 1 minute to prepare the sauce.
5) Use another baking dish, to arrange peeled bananas.
6) Spread the sauce evenly on top of the bananas.
7) Cook the bananas for 4 minutes, 30 seconds.
SERVING
8) Serve by sprinkling additional cinnamon powder.
