Baked Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 medium green tipped bananas | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red currant jelly | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup sherry or rum | ||
Directions
Peel bananas, place in shallow baking dish; brush all over with lime juice.
Mix honey and wine, spoon over bananas; dot with butter.
Cook in oven 8 minutes.
Turn dish completely around after 4 minutes and spoon syrup over bananas.
Dot with jelly, sprinkle with coconut.
