Baked Avocado Crab Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tbsp / 15 g / 1/2 oz butter | ||
| 15 g / 1/2 oz flour | ||
| 3/4 cup / 115 ml / 6 ft oz hot milk | ||
| 5 g / 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| Tomato Paste | 5 Gram | |
| 200 g / 1 oz canned or frozen crabmeat, flaked | ||
| Salt and Tabasco to taste | ||
| 2 ripe avocado pears | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven.
MAKING
1) In a skillet melt butter in simmering heat.
2) Add flour to butter and cook stirring continuously to avoid it from turning brown.
3) Stir in hot milk and cook for 4 minutes. Let the sauce simmer till flour is cooked.
4) Take sauce off the heat. Add Parmesan, tomato puree and crabmeat to it. Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
5) Dissect the avocados and remove the seeds.
6) From each half avocado, take out around 10 g / 2 tsp pulp. Mash the flesh to a smooth paste and mix it with crab sauce prepared before.
7) Pile the mixture into the avocado halves.
FINALIZING
8) Arrange the avocado halves in a baking tray. Bake for almost 20 minutes till they begin to turn brown.
SERVING
