Easy Baked Apples Recipe
These Baked Apples are a pleasure to eat ! With a sensitive stomach I find raw apples a wee bit difficult to digest. These soft Baked Apples are the ideal desserts for me. Try out these fruit dishes and tell me if you like them !

| Black raspberry | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Wash and core apples.
To keep skins from bursting, pare them one-third of the way down or slit skins around apples about half way down.
Arrange in baking dish, pour beverage over them and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake uncovered at 400° F. 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
