Baked Ambrosia Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot | 1 1 pound | |
| Peach | 1 1 pound | |
| Plums | 1 1 pound | |
| 3 or 4 thin orange slices, halved | ||
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, shredded | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain canned fruits well; arrange with orange slices in a shallow baking dish.
Mix orange juice, sugar, and peel; pour over fruit.
Drizzle melted butter over the plums; sprinkle coconut over all.
Bake in hot oven (425°) 15 minutes or till hot and coconut is toasted.
