Layer of cake one inch thick
1 quart brick of Peter's Ice Cream..
4 egg whites
6 tablespoons berry sugar
Directions
Place the cake on a board, put brick of ice cream on the cake, leaving a margin of cake about one inch extending beyond ice cream on all sides.
Beat the egg Whites stiff, add the sugar, and cover the cake and ice cream completely.
Bake in very hot oven until brown.
