Bake & Glaze Teri Ribs Recipe
Bake and glaze teri ribs are teriyaki flavored ribs. Oven cooked with teriyaki baste, flavored with lemon peel and garlic, the bake and glaze ribs are tangy and peppy. Served with a side of choice, it makes a filling meal.
Ingredients
| 3 pounds pork spareribs | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Teriyaki | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
Cut ribs into serving pieces; place, meaty side up, in shallow foil-lined baking pan.
Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper evenly over ribs; cover pan loosely with foil.
Bake in 350°F. oven 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine teriyaki baste & glaze and lemon peel.
Remove foil and brush both sides of ribs with baste & glaze mixture.
Cover and bake 40 minutes longer, or until ribs are tender, brushing with baste & glaze mixture occasionally.
