Ingredients

 Green chillies1/4 Kilogram
 Oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup thick tamarind water
 Curry leaves10
 Poppy seeds1 Tablespoon (Roast and Grind :)
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon (Roast and Grind :)
 Coconut1/4 (Roast and Grind :)
 1 tsp. each ground garlic and ginger
 Salt To Taste (Roast and Grind :)
 Blanched almonds15 (Roast and Grind :)
 Coriander seeds1 Tablespoon (Roast and Grind :)
 1 tsp. cummin seeds

Directions

Slit chillies in centre.
Heat oil, fry curry leaves for a second, add ground masala, salt, ginger and garlic, fry well.
Add in tamarind water, chillies and 1/2 cup hot water.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Serve with chapatis.
