Badminton Cup Recipe
Ingredients
| Claret - 1 bottle | ||
| Soda water | 2 Bottle (1l) | |
| Lemon | 1 | |
| Cucumber slice | 3 | |
| Icing Sugar | 3 Ounce | |
| Brown curacao - 3/4 gill | ||
| Ice - as needed, chips | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Into a large bowl, pour Claret and add sugar.
2. Add Lemon Juice and Brown Curacao; stir well.
FINALISING
3. Place bowl over ice chips for about 30 minutes until cold.
SERVING
4. Into a large tumbler, strain the mixture.
5. Add soda water to fill tumbler.
6. Garnish top with lemon rind and cucumber slices.
