Badam Ka Doodh Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 1 Teaspoon, toasted | |
| 1/2 tsp saffron, soaked in 1 tsp milk | ||
| Cardamom powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Blanch the almonds and grind to a fine paste.
Cook in the milk till thick.
Add sugar and cook further till well blended.
Add saffron and cardamom powder.
Simmer and remove.
Cool and refrigerate.
Serve cold in glasses, topped with toasted almonds.
