Baconized Tomato Halves Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe firm tomatoes | 3 Large | |
| Flour | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon strip | 2 | |
Directions
Wash and stem tomatoes.
Cut in halves, crosswise, dust lightly with flour and sprinkle each with 1/8 teasp salt.
Dice bacon strips into 1/4" pieces.
Arrange on tomato halves.
Broil 10 min.
