Ingredients

 
12 slices bacon
 
1 package (12 oz.) frozen cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp, thawed
 
Toothpicks
 
1/2 cup butter or margarine
 
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
 
2 teaspoons chili powder
 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Cut each slice of bacon in half lengthwise; then cut each half slice in thirds.
Wrap pieces of bacon around shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
Place butter in a 1-cup glass measuring cup and microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and garlic powder.
Dip bacon-wrapped shrimp in sauce.
Arrange 18 bacon wrapped shrimp on a china plate and cover with a paper towel.
Microwave 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds or until bacon is cooked.
Give dish a 1/2 turn half way through cooking.
Repeat with remaining shrimp
