Bacon Onion Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

 Bread rolls6
 Butter2 Ounce
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 Onions2 Large, finely chopped
 6 rashers bacon, derinded and finely chopped

Directions

Split bread rolls and butter.
Heat oil in heavy based frying pan or skillet and fry onion and bacon together until golden brown.
Place mixture in rolls and wrap securely in pieces of aluminium foil.
Place on barbecue over medium coals for approximately 15 minutes or until hot, turn occasionally.
