Bacon Fried Rice Recipe
I often cook this easy bacon fried rice recipe. It is the favorite dish of my mother. Whenever I want to delight my mother, I cook this dish. So try this bacon fried rice recipe to make your family members delighted.
Ingredients
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
Stage 1-Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
Stage 2-Remove bacon - drain on absorbent paper. Crumble and reserve.
Stage 3-Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings until tender.
Stage 4-Add mushrooms, rice, and soy sauce.
Stage 5-Cook 4 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Stage 6-Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done.
Stage 7-Mix in the crumbled bacon and serve.
